3. The Eden Collection — Copyright

The Eden Art Collection is a signature body of original work created exclusively by Alexx Kesh Design Studio.

Each Eden Collection piece is a one-of-a-kind original artwork, individually made and intended to remain singular in form. No two works are identical, and the collection is not produced in open or commercial editions.

All Eden Collection works—including their designs, compositions, textures, and creative concepts—are protected under United States and international copyright laws.

The purchase of an Eden Collection artwork grants the collector ownership of the physical, original piece only. The sale does not transfer any copyright, intellectual property, or reproduction rights.

Alexx Kesh Design Studio retains all rights, including but not limited to:

• Copyright ownership
• Reproduction and publication rights
• Licensing rights
• Commercial usage rights

Collectors may not, without express written permission:

• Reproduce the artwork in any form
• Create prints, copies, or digital derivatives
• Use the artwork for branding, advertising, or commercial purposes
• Mint, tokenize, or distribute the work as an NFT or digital asset

4. Certificate of Authenticity & Provenance

Each Eden Collection artwork is accompanied by an official Certificate of Authenticity, confirming the work as an original, one-of-one piece created by Alexx Kesh Design Studio.

This certificate serves as documentation of:

• Authenticity
• Original ownership
• Artwork provenance
• Studio collection records

Collectors are strongly encouraged to retain the Certificate permanently, as it contributes to the artwork’s long-term value and historical record.

Certificates are issued only to the original purchaser.

5. Studio Archival and Promotional Rights

Alexx Kesh Design Studio reserves the right to photograph and document all Eden Collection works for:

• Portfolio use
• Press and publication
• Studio archives
• Marketing and promotional purposes

This applies even after a work has been sold, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Interior Design Services

7. Engagement of Services

All interior design services are governed by a separate written agreement outlining scope, fees, deliverables, and timelines.

Submission of an inquiry through this Website does not constitute a contractual relationship.

Project obligations, timelines, and payment terms are defined solely within executed client agreements.

8. Payments

Payment schedules and terms for design services are established in each signed agreement.

Late payments may result in delays, suspension of work, or additional fees.

The Studio reserves the right to pause services until outstanding balances are resolved.

Eden Collection — Purchase Terms

9. Made-to-Order Production

All Eden Collection artworks are made to order.

Due to the custom and original nature of each piece, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Production begins only after payment is successfully processed.

Estimated production timelines are approximately 6–8 weeks, excluding shipping. Timelines may vary based on materials and studio scheduling.

10. Shipping

Shipping occurs once production is complete.

Delivery timelines vary depending on destination and carrier. The Studio is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Customs processing
• Weather or natural events
• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

International collectors are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

11. Final Sale Policy

All Eden Collection purchases are final.

We do not accept:

• Returns
• Exchanges
• Cancellations once production has begun
• Refunds for change of mind

Natural variations in texture, tone, or finish inherent to handmade artwork are not considered defects.

12. Damaged Artwork

If artwork arrives damaged, collectors must notify the Studio within 48 hours of delivery.

Documentation required includes:

• Order number
• Photographs of packaging
• Photographs of damage

The Studio will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution at its discretion.

13. Representation of Artwork

Every effort is made to accurately display artwork colors, texture, and detail. However, variations may occur due to:

• Screen calibration
• Lighting conditions
• The handmade nature of original work

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alexx Kesh Design Studio shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Shipping delays beyond our control
• Any damages exceeding the purchase price of the artwork or product
